Well were on a count down to time to leave. Got to take care of a few things and pack the bike.
Looks like its gonna be a chilly start. 36* to be exact if not colder.
Gonna have to put some polly proprolene on under the clothes and leather jacket.
Glad the FLHTK has heated hand grips, they will come in Handy again.
Look for me there I will have a Lake Charles HD ball cap on.

We rode in yesterday and will be riding in again this morning. This is my favorite rally. Less than sixty miles from home and nothing but a enjoyable ride.

Lone Star Rally motorcycle crashes leave two dead, one injured
More than 400,000 motorcycle enthusiasts converged on Galveston’s downtown historical district this weekend in one of the largest rallies in the country. The Lone Star Rally, which ends today, has not been accident free however.
According to click2houston, Guy Dale Stratton, 51, was taken to the hospital in critical condition after he allegedly crashed into a school bus on Friday. Investigators told the news station they believe he failed to stop at a stop sign before the crash happened.
In a second crash, a couple police believe are man and wife were traveling at a high rate of speed when the motorcycle hit a curb and the driver lost control. Both of the victims were killed. Neither person was wearing a helmet. Their names have not been released.
