Nope...all that stuff is already in the gas when you get it from the pump....the past couple of decades they started diluting that gas with stuff like detergents, stabilizers (no need for adding more in the winter..it's already in there), etc etc...anything but good clean gas. All those additives are cheaper than straight gas...so they dilute it before the pump as much as they can.

I'd use it if a bike had a really long layup.

Echo what "Cat" said. Used to haul fuel; yep, it's in there.

What he said, but only as long as you are using good, clean gas.

I have... maybe every 2000 miles.
Redline (product name) make a motorcycle fuel sys cleaner. I have used this a few times.
It is suppose to reduce carbon deposits (and other buildups) and therefore reduce any pinging.
It is fairly inexpensive ($5) product.

Yup, Amsoil Quick Shot about every other month. Makes a difference or I wouldn't use it.

What kind of difference? What happens if you don't use it? Not a flame, I'm genuinely curious to know what the difference is since I've never used anything like that.

Yup. Seafoam. Every 4th or 5th tank. And about 1/4 of the can.
