To be honest i didn't feel it really .. but i think i might have let third out a bit quick while heavy on the throttle.... i think it was me leaning a bit too.. she was nervous i guess
i need to check the tires, they might be originals from 2002 or too much air along with the suspension, 1400 original miles and i put over 100 today on it... kinda sore in a way... not use to being on one

research when I bought my 03 with 2k miles on it, and that is what Dunlop recommended.

Just watched your video. Try to stay out of the center of the lane. It's the slippery part, with leaked oil, transmission fluid. Especially in the rain. If roads are in good shape not much difference, but that highway looked stained.
Here is some good reading for newbies:
If you look around on this site, and read threads about turns, engine braking, blipping, riding in the rain, you will realize that riding is dangerous, requires constant attention, and you can learn how to be a better rider everyday.
You will also learn that you can never underestimate the stupidity and self-absorption of cage drivers. Enjoy your riding but ride like you are invisible. I am an optometrist and examined a patient with 20/200 vision today who has been driving without her glasses for 8 years, and didn't realize she was seeing blurry. Idiot.
Read some of these posts and you will see how little you know as a newbie.

I just learned some important lessons today from this post
There are some very experienced riders on this addicting website. Sometimes they can be brutal on you. Don't take it personal, they are literally trying to save your life.
Ride safe. Enjoy the wind.

Oh and Ron750, those stains are all splattered deer from the last month or so, just to give the risk of Capitol some perspective.
ro9beam, you'll do fine after a couple of hundred hours in the seat. You also know all the great, not so crowded roads we enjoy down here
