Will the Phase 7 headlight work with a modulator such as Kisan? I think probably not.

poking around the internet a few weeks ago I saw a special headlight modulator designed specifically for LED headlights. Sorry, I thought I bookmarked it but don't see the link.
It's out there somewhere.

Looks like Kisan modified their modulator to work with LED headlights. See this article:

Thanks gambler!

The combination of phase 7 LEDs and a Kisan modulator I feel would be the very best combination for ultimate visibility.

I currently have the hd led , is there a big enough difference to upgrade to the phase 7?

I agree. I already have the Phase 7 and the Kisan modulator on order.

Biggest difference it seems would be increased daytime visibility with the phase 7. How important that is to you is a question only you can answer. The HD LEDs are excellent lights in their own right and spendy as they are my advice fwiw would be to go with what you've got.

What would a guy need to mount these in a 1996? Is it even possible?

Im gonna look into this. I sure would like a brighter set of lights up front than the stock ones.
