My custom doesn't have any harley badges at all. IMO the coolest ones are the totally unique ones. I would airbrush a bomber girl that says HD somewhere on it

+1 on that. Check out some pin up girl art, vintage and current, check out the tank stickers that moco still sells and get a good tattoo artist to combine your favorite selections. Then have your airbrush give you a "one-off" logo/badge.
