I got a 500 dollar gift card when I bought the bike.
They also runs specials throughout the year. I think every 3rd Friday they offer 10 percent off of in stock purchases.
At Christmas they had a big tree with tags on it. Pick a tag and it's marked with a percentage off. Saved myself almost 20 bucks that day!

As part of the deal when I bought my Ultra last year, I get 20% off all parts and accessories for a year.
Haven't used it much though, usually just buy from Surdyke.

Thanks to all for your comments.
ONEDOWNAND5UP wrote "Why do you feel entitled to a discount?" Well I think of list pricelike sticker prices or jewelry prices that are always negotiable. I would never pay list. Why does HD think they can mark everything from dealer to dealer and internet a the exact same price? I believe in discounts, sales, rebates and special offers. It makes life more interesting and encourages competition or what could be called free enterprise.
Talldog, I did purchase my GPS online at Surdyke and they were wonderful to deal with and the price was far below dealer. I got a vest at Fox Creek - customer service and best quality leather I have seen. I think the online dealers know that to compete with HD their prices must be low and service outstanding. Of course, visiting this forum for product recommendations will be my very first source of information.
I now plan to ask for a discount every time I visit a dealer and look up every accessory or clothing I need online.
