3 months old. Yea I know probably have to send it back. Yes I have the dual controler and tried both curcits and fails on each but gloves work. Correct fuse also. Thanks.

 

So the gloves work if you plug them in direct? Try the liner like that also.if it works gotta think it is in the controller.

Last November I sent mine in (rt glove quite workin.)
Cross country, repaired and back in 9 days.

 

The gloves work on the liner but jacket dont. I'll give em a call.

I had a problem similar to that. Ended up being a faulty thermostat. I plugged the jacket into the switch I had, instead of the controller worked fine. Took the termostat back to the Harley shop and they gave me a new one. Good luck

 

Just called. They say short in jacket so sending it to North Carolina after work.
