Non-oxy premium gas......
Just curious how many here use non oxy premium gas rather than ethanol premium. I heard somewhere that ethanol disintegrates the fuel line inside the gas tank. Thanks!

Our modern bikes are designed to run on 10% ethanol fuel. Much older model year bikes are the ones that can have problems with the ethanol mix. It affects anything rubber that the ethenol comes in contact with and can slowly damage it.

As for running non ethanol gas, I never have ( since I have to access to any within a couple hours ). My engine runs pretty good, it's an 07.

You pay more for it and it gives you less MPG, will cause pinging in high heat situations. There is no benefit at all to ethanol, just a political payoff to the farm states at the expense of the rest of us through higher food costs and higher prices for gas.

Anyone can post on that site that they have E-free gas even if its a lie.
In Florida a regular gas station can NOT sell ethanol free gas. It is the law. If you want ethanol free gas, you have to go to the airport or to a marina.

older scoot rubber lines and ethanol sux, newer scoots fuel system designed for it. Boat owners and ethanol is a very large topic and a worthwile read if you own a old scoot.

I'm really not sure about this, but I thought the ethonal wasn't in super just the regular grade fuel.
I could be wrong about this and I didn't stay in a Holiday inn last night either..
