this is a part of my retro lowrider project. moving the horn to the frame has turned out to be a lot more trouble then I figured it would

 

Looks good. I have a 3 hole primary cover as well

 

Seems like a lotta trouble & expense just to lose 2 screws.

 

it was, but I couldn't find a rounded down wing eagle medallion or an affordable flat twin cam derby cover

Schu, you need to add 12 point heads to your shopping list. They look good as replacements fasteners to the primary cover, tensioner inspection plate, and outer primary cover fasteners[bolts]. I got them in polished stainless and replaced them on both of my Harley's. I really liked the look.
