Gas mileage with the 103"
My new Heritage has only 1000 miles on it,will change to synthetics when I get the first service this week. After being used to my Low Rider 88" giving me 50 mpg,the fuel mileage seems really bad, around 35 mpg. Thats about the same as my car. Im sure it will improve a bit as the engine breaks in,but what are you all getting?

On my new 2011 Road King Classic, 103, I am getting a steady 47 MPG. Thus far, 8400 miles, and roughly 80% highway. I use the cruise control often, set right at 75MPH. I figure, no decent LEO is going to ticket you for 10 MPH over.
I use AMSOIL synthetic oil FWIW.

I have about 8500 miles on my 103 Limited Ultra. Last I checked, getting a fraction over 36. I also think it should be better. Going to adjust some driving habits. I've heard here that mileage gets better when the RPMs are up a little more. I use 6th almost anytime I can stay above 2000, but maybe I'll try waiting til I get to 2700 or 2800 before I hit 6th. At 75 on the highway, I'm at about 2800 in 6th.
