Scuff- swirl remover..

Hey guys I gotta a little scuff on my back fender from where my around town bag sits... Nothing major but I'd like to no if anyone reccomnds a good swirl or scuff remover

I have found Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0 to be the best I have ever used/
