How to remove melted rubber from chrome exhaust
Ok, stupid me, got my boot melted into my chrome exhaust. I tried glue remover, WD40, goo gone. What works?

Easy off oven cleaner on a hot pipe then I've used rags and even magic eraser

Nevr-dull. It's easier if the pipes are hot.
Oven cleaner also works, don't get it on any paint.

Oven cleaner, hot pipe, plastic putty knife or old credit card. WD40 will then shine it up nicely...

My old lady does this everytime she rides with me. Oven cleaner works the best

Easy Off oven cleaner will take anything of fthe exhaust. spray on - wipe off.

I agree heat is the key. Most of the time, if the pipe is hot enough, it will just wipe right off.
