Default The Dragon eats up another

This poor SOB was having a good ole time until he became so fixated with the red Vette. He went flying through the air like an acrobat, and almost stuck the landing. Go through the series of photos. Hope he's ok.

I also heard a local wrecked pretty bad on his bike shortly after because of fluids left on the road from this wreck. Hope he recovers too.

Could have been worse, landing on his head like that he probably would have been a fatality without a helmet and a lot more injured without the jacket and gloves.

I thought of that too. He was lucky he landing on his feet. Even with a helmet, if he landed on his head in that fashion, he probably would of snapped his neck.

Been there twice this year, wonder if he was waving at the camera guy? Those guys are a distraction, the should not be there.

He wasn't fixated with the 'vette - He was too busy waving at the camera guy to pay attention and rode off his line.

I hope he's okay, but it could have been worse - he could have injured the 'vette driver, who apparently, looks to be okay by the photos.

If a guy taking pictures is that much distraction. Maybe you shouldn't ride.

Looking through those pics, he seems to be scraping on his lean into the corner. Must have surprised him because that's when he lifted it and went straight into on coming traffic.
Bike looks totaled! Trashed the Vett!
He did land well though!

Who else would he be waving at? LOL I don't think him waving had anything to do with his wreck. He seemed to be entering the turn pretty good, but then target fixation set in when he saw that Vette. Looking over the photos one by one, he had a chance to save his ***, even after he crossed the yellow line. But at photo 14 or 15, his bike was was straight up and he was so fixed on that Vette, it was too late, he was toast.

Sure he was. Look at his head. Not saying he didn't lose concentration because he decided to wave, but in photo 10 he's within the yellow line and seems like he be entering the turn ok. By photo 11 he's looking right at the Vette, and didn't stop looking at it all the way through the time he went airborne.
