Will Battery Replacement affect Security System

I recently bought a 2007 Sportster 883 with a button less key fob security system. I replaced the batteries in the key fobs without and effect on the security system, but I am wondering if removing the bike's 12 v battery will require resetting the security system. Also, is there an easy way to disable the security system entirely.

I've had my battery out before with the HD FOB style security system...

Didn't have any problems at all when reconnected.

This was on a 2012 Wide Glide (don't know if that would make any difference)

If you are just doing a battery swap it shouldn't need anything done to it.

Pulled mine the other day to install Xieds. The only thing I had to reset was the clock.
