Default GPS Tracker

I am looking for a GPS tracker that will allow me to see the routes that i took on my travels when i get home. I have seen the spot thing and thats cool but it has a usage fee. and i don't care about sending "I'm ok" messages to people. I just want something that i can attach to my T-bag or my belt and have it track where i have gone and store it so i can download it later. Also i am in Europe so the cell phone idea isn't that good of an idea and i plan on riding where there is likely to not be cell service.

If you have a smart phone get allsport GPS. I use it for Road biking, Motorcycle, etc. Tracks your ride lots options and it's one less thing I have to carrie.

I like to use my camera with GPS in it, I just snap a picture whenever I stop for gas or wherever and when I load the pics to Picasa it puts a red dot wherever the pic was taken, route mapped plus I have photos of each stop!

Any smartphone can have My Tracks on it for free from Google. As long as your phone can get the GPS signal it can create a map of it's travels for free and plot it on Google Maps.

another problem i have with cell phone tracking is when the gps is on the battery drains a lot faster. Like normal usage my phone gets 3 days of usage, with the gps on i am lucky to get 1 day.
