[:'(]Well here i am to vent some frustration....Boot Dr heel guards are junk....poorly made, and basically not worth the effort...unless you want to re-weld the junk welds they already have..i should have know better than to think a couple a "set screws"(i got screwed) would hold up...so my brothers don't was your time or your $49.00 bucks...buy something that bolts on.....and SCREW YOU DR BOOT.[8D]

Looks to be much cheaper than this "carpenter creek" setup......plus no drilling. Oh, and brukus doesn't come onto the forums and bring up 6 year old threads.....

 

You can also easily make your own with a few simple tools and some stainless steel sheet metal.

 

Geez, they work great with flip-flops...
