Happens to me too. Maybe thats why all those sportbike riders just wear shorts.

But why it's only the left and not the right? I know there are other's this happens too.

lol, mine's my right, not sure why either but its consistent. I thought about getting some of those stirrups, especially for cold mornings when the air is flying right up your pant leg after its crept up, lol.

happens to me when I use my highway pegs (I have mid controls) so shifting/braking have nothing to do with it maybe something to do with the wind flowing off the brake caliper? but if you have dual brake calipers shouldnt make a difference. hmm...

I had the same problem until I started wearing the rubber flip flops, problem solved. It also made use the heal/toe shifter. 2 issues solved. What a deal.

It happens to me too but I've never worried about it..........untill now.
