Water cooling will allow better and more powerful engines in Harleys.
It is coming, but you will only know it for sure when you see it.
The power and the price will most likely be presented to the dealers before showing up on these forums, unless somebody spills the beans : >)

There are already more powerful AIR cooled engines out there made by other manufacturers. Polaris just made one recently (Indian), on top of that "other" more powerful air-cooled v-twin they make (Victory). On top of that, Yamaha has been doing it for years with their 113.
There's no reason Harley can't do the same, there's just going to have to figure out how to make one that'll meet emissions, and make more power, without running so darn hot. It's not impossible.....

Owner of where I work, not at all a BS guy, his brother is a high up manufacturing manager at the York PA plant. His exact words about water cooled TOURING HD's................ "they are coming". Now he did not let on whether it was this year or not though

so let's think about this for just a minute
anytime something revlutionarily new comes to a manufacturer they NEED to train the technicians that will be working on these new things
anyone heard of any HD techs being sent for training lately?
I mean yes, HD can keep it under wraps for a while, but water cooled CVO's would require a bit of training and as of yet nothing
