Default Checked out the new '14's today.

Well, I went to two dealers and checked out the new '14's today.

First, I would be proud to own any of the new models, twin cooled or air cooled.

However, I have to wonder, what is next?

Liquid cooled heads across the board?

Complete liquid cooled engines (V Rod style)?

A line up with a mixture of liquid cooled and aid cooled motors?

A few things to ponder.

We did too. Was impressed. Love the new saddle bag & tour pak latches. How about that Cammo Sand Denim color on some Street Glides. I think I like the new AC cover too. Really like the new wheels on Ultra Classic & Road King. Hydraulic clutch was nice.

Went to my local HD dealer today to look at the new ones. Not a whole lot there but they did have a Street Glide in that new "charcoal" color. Good looking bike.

Those saddle bag latches are sweet. Not sold on the tourpak latch though.

What is next will be a complete design of the motor, like a quad cam for example.

My point exactly. Who wants to get stuck with a "transition year". Then again, it could be a good thing.

I just got around to checking out the "13's" last month. Don't know when I'll get around to the "14's".

For me, it's the new Roadking that did it...Nice bike. If I were in the market, it would be for that...I am not in to the gadget thing but the Streetglide Special was pretty nice too...

Went to the dealership where I purchased my last two Harleys. I was in time to listen to a salesman explain all of the features and controls of a Limited to the new owner and join the group of people discussing the bike with the new owner and the salesman. The radiators were not really noticeable and the audio control screen was not as bad as I thought it would be. I actually liked the larger screen on the Street Glide Special over the one on the Street Glide.
