What do all the HD models numbers mean, FXDL, VRSC, FXDLI??

What do all the HD models numbers mean, FXDL, VRSC, FXDLI??

Can anyone either tell me or send me to a website that lists all the HD models by model number? I've went to HD's website but it lists them by name, like Sportster and Fatboy. What i'm looking for is a website that lists what all the FXDL and FXDLI stuff means. I'm new to Harley's and i'm looking for used but some of the websites only list them by model number and I don't understandmost of them![/align][/align]I figured that the DL means Dyna Lowrider and the VR means V-Rod, but what about the rest of it mean like the FX and the I?[/align]

FXDL= Dyna Lowrider, FXDLI same bike with fuel Injection (I)= Injection FX = the style of bike, a FX is a bike with rubber mounted motor and regular rear shocks. ST is soft tail (hidden shocks and solid mounted motor. FL is touring with floor boards a FLST is a soft tail with floor boards, A FLH is a touring with rubber mounted motor, Ultras, classic, street glide, roadglide. Anything starting with a V is a vrod, As for sportsters, never was much interested in chick bikes. LOL [sm=joke.gif]Sportster guys.
