I don't even see $28k worth of mods on the bike. Get a new dyna for what $16k+++ then toss another $12k in mods at it and it will blow this bike out of the water. $7.5k for a 120r installed (roughly), $2.5k for paint, still leaves $2k for bars and misc. doodads. I don't see value in this one. Maybe $12.5k at best. Dealer would likely offer $8.5k on a trade. Maybe the wife told him to sell it so he listed it where he knows it will not sell. Hell I doubt I could get $22k for my 13 cvo...
