Got some handguards
Decided to get some handguards because I cant seem to find a pair of gloves that do the trick (haven't tried heated). I know there is a thread about handguards, but all of them are painted MX style guards. I thought these might look better on my bike. These are national cycle hand deflectors that cost about 80. They took about 15 min to put on and will be easy to take off. I wasn't crazy about having these on my bike, But they do make a big difference. With the gloves I have, I couldn't ride long in the low 40's before my hands (especially my fingers) would freeze. Now I can remove the liners of the same gloves in the same temps and be comfortable. With the liners, Im comfortable down to the 30's now. I went out in the low 20's the other night and made it about 30 min before the tips of my fingers froze. So, Im thinking a good pair of heated gloves and I'll be unstoppable!

Like I mentioned in that other thread, I had a set on my VTX. They keep the wind and bugs off. Wasn't crazy about the looks and my hands still got cold down in the 20's/30's. Heated gear for me now. If they work and you're happy w/ them, then that's all that matters.
Nice lookin' bike btw.

Use the Gerbing's T5's. Thicker insulation and oversized gauntlets. Never too hot and always comfortably warm...the whole hand.
