Do not go anywhere near this thing it has been way too hot,and altogether too much damage.

By chance was the rider on tour in Bagdad at the beginning of the air campaign?

It should all buff out though.

oh i dont know in the last picture it looks as if the hose clamp on the exhaust heat shield might be salvagable

Looks like good yard art to me. 2K thats a drop in the bucket for art. You can still cut the neck off that thing and send it to H-D for another frame vin and title. THen weld a peice in place to keep it all intact for display.

You will then have someone come up and steal it thinking they can get the title for it!

That is junk not a bike. There isn't a single part on that bike that you can salvage.
