Just bleed them like normal. At rest, the ABS internals are bypassed and it's just like normal brakes.

The only time you need to use the digital Tech is if the ABS module was replaced and has air in it. The DT tech cycles the internal valves in the ABS to bleed it if it was replaced.

It's been done all around HDF! As you have a Glide call in the Touring section to meet many more members there. AFAIK the thing to not do is turn on the ignition at any time while bleeding ABS brakes.

If the ABS is bypassed does that mean there will be brake fluid in there that won't come out?

Yes, but it is a small amount in the ports of the abs module. It won't have a significant effect. Much like the small amounts of oil you have left in the engine during an oil change.
