does the public have access to harley davidson technical service bulletins and if so where do we go to look at them?

 

Yes the public has access to them but they are not suppose to have access.

The dealer was never happy when I brought a copy of them in when I was having warranty work done because it was a direct contradiction to they were saying.

 

So where can the public go to view the TSB

 

That I couldn't tell you because I haven't had the need to view them since my bike's warranty expired 10 years ago.

 

Does anyone know?

 

I remember reading on one of the H-D forums a few yrs ago that someone had posted a link to the TSB's. H-D threatened the site owner with legal action if the link was not removed. That was back in 2010(?)

If you go to a specific vehicle and click on 'Manufacturer Communications' tab, TBS's will (may?) be listed there. This example has one.

Found info on 2018 m8 bikes as well, but for the masses you can see VIN specific (less info available) or do 'vehicle' option to search year/model and find recall, complaint, and manufacturer comments (most to service centers for mine). NHTSA always carries the officials.
