Innovv K1-Moto Camera System
 

I have seen a few posts about this but was wondering if anyone has one currently installed and could answer a few questions and provide some feedback on how the system has been? Also I did find a thread in another forum that seems to be the home base for this system if anyone is interested.

If your goal is for GoPro quality video, get a GoPro. If however you just want to capture video in the event you may need to recall events then the K1 is an install and forget system. I just completed a 12 hour trip that included a dozen or more stops. It began recording when I turned the key on and stopped when I turned it off. Fairly simple. Here is a couple highlights.

Here is 12 hour day in 30 minutes. (an experiment, not video gold.)

Thanks for the info. I'm looking more as a security camera not so much as a action camera. Is there a reason you are using 720p instead of 1080p?

I used 720P to allow for more footage in a single card without overwriting. I am using it to capture events not for action movies. I really like the install and forget configuration. Turn on the key, recording..... Turn off the key, recording stops.
Now the big test is to see how many months it lasts.
