When moving my Fatboy around in neutral, with the engine off I hear this periodical clicking sound. Is this something I should be concerned with.

i don't want to alarm you but it should not make any noise. this happend to my heritage and it turned out to be the main drive gear bearing in the transmission. but first check to make sure there is nothing stuck in your belt or pulleys and it's adjusted correctly. wheel bearings come to mind also. check the tires for something stuck in the thread too. good luck !

dude try to locate where it's coming from. Lift the bike, spin the wheels, move the bars, get a friend to help listen.

Probably something stuck in the tread or drive belt. Push and listen to frequency, get a friend to help!
