yes..doesn't seem to help much..i know exactly what you are talking about. It seems to be working ok now but something isn't right with my ignition switch..I have to take it in next Saturday to have my radio flashed i think I will have them look at it then.
ASHNIC I have the same problem right now what did your dealer say>?? I can lock it by pushing down on trim piece only, I don't know how to get hold of you direct? can you message me and let me know? I hope you see this as my problem is EXACT same thanks Jay
New road glide, having the exact same issue. I ended up pulling out the horseshoe trim piece and it was able to be pushed down and could turn the key to lock, but as soon as I put the trim piece back in I cannot get the key turned to lock. I pulled the ignition switch (for the first time) just to look, put it back without issue, and now the key will not turn to lock with putting more force on it than I’m comfortable with! Is my ignition switch jacked???
2009 ignition switch forgot to I stall spring now I can get it out any suggestions
2009 street glide I installed the Ignition switch without parting the Spring that's under neath and now I can't get the Ignition switch to come back out any suggestions
