Hey everyone,

I'm looking at upgrading the instrumental panel, debating between the Dakota Digital or the one HD sells. I have read a lot of reviews of both, but has one had experience with both? I like the how clear the HD rpm gauges are, but I'm not a fan of the chrome bezel (trying to black out my FXDB); if it's worth it then I can sacrifice looks for comfort. What are your thoughts?

Also, when I used my bike (2013 FXDB) as the filter - the HD one is 4" while the DD is 3 3/8". Which one is the correct size?

Purchased a set of MVX-8604 DD gauge set a couple of months ago. They are smaller than the stock guages but ordered them bike specific and that's what came. (2009 FLHTCU) Had local dealer install to avoid any problems. Have seen too many people have to glue in their fairing screws. Stock speedo was fogging badly so seemed a good time for an upgrade. Also wanted chrome bezels gone like you mentioned. Only complaint is speed values are every 20 MPH instead of the 10 on stockers. Even numbers also, so is inconvenient when speed limits are 55 and 70. I see your post is a little over a month old. IDK if this still information you are looking for but I see no other responses.
