Default suggest a good cordless LED worklight?

Looking for suggestions on a good cordless LED worklight that doesn't cost a fortune and has hooks that will not easily 'break off'. Also something cross compatible if possible to take camping and use during a power outage, use while painting a dark closet etc.

Have been looking on Amazon but wondered if anyone has a good suggestion. Thanks.

PS- was looking for a 'Tools' section to put this in, but maybe I just can't find it?

Tired of monkeying around w/ the cord from my standard plug in trouble light (one like below). Works fine much of the time but inevitably I end up tripping over the cord, or cord gets caught under a tire etc. PITA

They're hawking a portable LED light on late night TV that works for both the applications that you want. Can't come up with the name of it but it's only about $20.

I use this all the time, for vehicle maintenance, home projects... even backpacking once in a while. It's lightweight, bright, and keeps my hands free and the light focused on what I'm looking at. Won't be without one again!

I agree with RV. Headlamps are always great to have but if you're looking for more light but a bigger price tag milwaukee has some nice 12 and 18 volt leds. I am a Milwaukee believer but Dewalt and others have the same. I would take note of what other tool manufactures have, so down the line when you buy another cordless tool you will want to use the same batteries and charger.

I have this one and it works fine for my needs: http://www.sears.com/craftsman-cordl...1&blockType=G1

You can plug it in if needed and the magnet/clip rotates too.

I have the trouble light like you have shown but changed out the bulb with a LED that has 3 or 4 rows of bulbs. just replaces the regular bulb. I went the route of the rechargeable and eventually went back to using the 120v stuff .
