Default Modifying my brakes

Morning fellas. I need to pick you guys brains a little. I am a right leg above knee amputee. I am currently in the process of modifying the the brakes on my 2010 iron to run both front and rear brakes off the front master cylinder using a proportioning valve.

My issue is this. I cannot get the brake lever to firm up. I am very confident I have all of the air out of the lines. I have pushed it and pulled it till I ran out of beer.. I can see both the caliper move when the brake is applied, just not enough. I just don't think my master can move enough fluid to actuate both brakes.

Does anyone know what the compatibility is between sporty and the big bikes? They look like they mount the same and use the same switch pack and should just be able to get master off big twin bike or maybe a sporty that came with dual front calipers?

Help me out fellas would really like to get back on the road

You want to use an 11/16" bore master cylinder from a bike with dual front brakes, this should give you the extra push to firm up the brakes...
