2017 FLTRU Heated Grip Power plug
 
Hey does anybody know if the Black Rubber Heated Grips part #56100034 can be connected to the fairing. I know some people here said for FLTRU's there's not power plug and I need the electrical connection kit that plugs in the side panel and run it up. Just trying to see if there is an easier way since I don't want to take the fuel tank off to do all this. Any pics of the wiring to plug the power to on the fairing will help. Thanks.

The tank is very easy to remove. I would try doing it that way if it were my bike.

To the cigarette lighter if you're looking for 12V accessory switched.

Also - why are you running duplicate threads in different sections? You should have a moderator merge and move to electrical where you have the other identical post.
