Are there any instructions showing how to swap the stock brake & clutch levers with different ones?

 

You can probably Google it and find some videos. Definitely in the shop manual, but it's one of the simplest jobs you can do on a bike.

 

I'm not familiar with them, but if the Street controls are anything like the other models, you need to take great care with the right lever, to avoid damaging the brake switch, which is set into the housing. It's on occasions like this that the FSM comes into its own, as you may also need to unadjust the clutch, then adjust it correctly after fitting your new lever. It isn't cheap to buy the book, but probably cheaper than getting a dealer to make the change for you - which essentially makes it free!
