CVO 255 cams

CVO 255 cams
Thought I had posted this earlier but can't find it.... I pulled my cam plate to check what cams were in my 2009 Road King. The cams were stamped CVO 255. I pretty sure these were not in the '09 King. Some say these are same as Screamin' Eagle 255's ,some say not. Do these give a performance boost from stock (the SE are, but if factory later model cams do they still)

The 255's came in the SE 110 motors. Nice cam for low end torque. Other cams will give higher numbers but it will be higher up the RPM range. I like the 255's but I am getting a lot of weight going off the line and not interested in drag racing.

Stock cams on lets say a 96ci give about 66hp if I'm not mistaken. The CVO 255 I believe give about 86 and 94fp torque. Great improvement to the regular cam considering. Higher the compression I'm sure there will be changed to all those numbers.
