Default Can anyone identify this lever maker?

I recently purchased a 2004 CVO Deuce with an aftermarket forward control setup installed. As I was loading the bike the bike tipped and bent the shift lever. Problem is no one can figure out who made this part. One dealer thought it was Arlen Ness, and while it looks like it, all the Ness ones I have seen have much more metal after the cutout. Another dealer said it was not Ness because it was not heavy enough. As of now I cannot ride the bike. Everyone says if I bend it back it will snap then or in the future.

If anyone can identify this or a suitable replacement I would be grateful!

Take a picture of it on a white background and then try a Google Image Search

Is it steel or aluminum? If it's steel it'll bend back no problem, if it's aluminum it will depend on the alloy if it will be ok after bending it back. Either way at this point what do you have to loose? It's already unusable. Save your money for gas and beer
