Default Popping exhaust at idle

Hey guys! Just like title says I'm getting this annoying popping at idle once the bike is warmed up. After a ride I'll come home and let idle for a minute while I open the garage. That's when I noticed it. Bike is a 2014 street Bob with stage 1. Here's a link to the video.

I have checked for exhaust and intake leaks. It's.odd that it only does it once warmed up too.

Update: I know it's efi so you can't really read plugs. However I pulled plugs and the rear is running lean front looks good. Plugs are new this year.

Does the bike have a tuner?

It was tuned before I got it at hd. I do also have a fp3 on the way so I can try to monitor some parameters and maybe try a new tune. It was running fine this year for the 500 miles I have put on it. The only issue I had that I fixed was a short from the horn and it was fine after that for a few weeks.

Like I said I have checked for intake and exhaust leaks. I was almost sure it was an exhaust leak but it isn't. It's also odd that it only does it at idle after it's warmed up. It runs like a dream.

My second question after thinking is do you think a bad rear o2 sensor could do that? Only reason I ask is the exhaust I have has the O2 bungs moved up to about 2-3" from the head. Is it possible that I burned up the sensor that way? Maybe it just now finally took a crap.
