dyna won't start
 

I have an 04 dyna f xd . i added some new risers, somehow pinched a wire and kept blowing lamp fuse. bike would start but no speedo display, lights, etc. got that fixed, all fuses stopped blowing, lights working, speedo displaying, but when i try to start it the engine turns over but will not start? from 2 mins 1 sec ago
