The better Business Bureau is a farce. I've registered a couple of complaints with them and they do nothing.In both cases they never even listed that there had been complaints lodged against the companies.
You do realize that BBB is a private, for profit business and is in no way associated with any form of government entity?
In other words the BBB is nothing but a scam.....
