There is a tab on each item on ebay! "Report this item" Click on it and report it to ebay. they will take it off.

My '07 Heritage seat will go on my wife's '09 Deluxe, and vice versa.

And UPS ground to the island takes longer, because they have to navigate the mountains on the ocean floor.
I don't think you understand. The seat is a solo seat, and the luggage rack does not affect it. The issue is that the mounting tabs on the seat do not line up with anything on the bike.

Oh ya I think story ment by boat the bud.
I am glad that you have had 80% success with that company. I don't see the point in gambling on whether I will get what I think I am buying. If they can't describe the product, guarantee fit, and provide proper customer service, I would rather not waste my time. I don't want to chase someone down to make right something they should have done to begin with. I realize that sometimes errors happen, but the whole experience for me just turned me off.

It is not a Lepera seat, it is an Ultima seat. And yes, ACM does say that the seat fits all softies with 150 tire, from 2000-2010. Not true for the Deluxe, or at least the 2008 model.

Thanks Aggro_jo, at first I thought I was doing something wrong, and spent some time at it before deciding this thing just was not going to fit. I knew that the FLSTN was different, and told them so several times before buying. They sounded quite annoyed with me, so I figured they knew what they were talking about. Apparently not.

Now I have a seat that does not fit my bike. I think it fits pretty much everything else from 2000 to 2006, including fatties. Maybe my buddy with the 2005 Fatty can get some use out of it.

I've bought a few things from American Classic and have had great service and product from them. Sorry to hear about your deal. I'm sure all companies make mistakes. I'll continue buying from ACM.
