+1. Thanks for helping out with the organization part and time/effort. Keep in mind NOTHING you do will make everyone happy, and don't stress out trying too hard. Rooms are ready to be reserved. I have 4 king and 6 double queen available and more can be added if done timely. Again cost right at $100 for King and $110 for double queen. Call the number posted and get your rooms locked in. If for some reason the weather turns south, a 48 hour cancellation is all that is needed to not incur any charges. This will be a good time and look forward to meeting everyone.
Lol, don't short change yourself the CP. I think it would definitely be more fun to meet up with the guys here, but getting the better half to ride that far (8-9 hours) away from our little girl (7 months in June) will be the hard part.
Anyone else that would be bringing the boss along?
