We would try to avoid riding the highway the whole time, so add an hour+ to the ride.

 

I know for sure Rob is. I'm unknown at this time; doutful. Pete will be riding solo.

 

My wife supposed to be coming along. No desire to hang in Detroit myself. Changing rules, then location, burned me for any desire for sos in Michigan. Will await baddest bagger Chicago maybe.

Lets see. If i take the 9th off and we get on the road by 8am, we gain an hour on the way there, i think we'd make it by 3:30pm Ill time. So far she doesnt seem to mind the idea of riding that far..........

 

3 h 33 min (173.7 mi) from my place. Not sure if my wife will make it or not but I'm in. Dale (Yooperhog) and I have talked about a million times and finally getting together next weekend for the first time because my 6th grade sons team is going to state basketball tournament!!!!

I've never been to Chicago, how far outside do i need to stay to avoid the traffic or what route around Chicago is vest?
