Next time take the late Ludington to Manitowoc Ferry and catch the sunset AND sunrise on the ship and then ride back home across the Mackinaw bridge!!! That's acool combo. Freakin' boat is pricey though.
Enjoy the great mid-western weather while it lasts - I did -350 miles Saturday + 150 miles Sunday. Hope to get couple thousand more in by THE END!!!
Just a matter of weeks before the snow/salt flies here in NE Wisconsin too. Can you say D-E-P-R-E-S-S-I-O-N.

Bikes and guns, Ah God Bless America. Glad it was you that got wet, and not them guns I got a little wet coming home from a ride, myself. Probably caught the rain you had as it moved west.

Yeah i had my FXRG suit on it worked very well, I just wish I opted for the waterproof boots on this journey lol I also wish I had the FXRG warm liner in, I was damn cold! I shot a 12 ga, A 20 ga a Glock .40 cal a Luger .45 cal & a 357 Magnum revolver, my shoulder is bruised & in pain from the shot guns lol

No pain, no gain....
Wish I would of though to bring a rain suit. But it was so nice when I left the house,I forgot all about it. I was able to find a local roadhouse(Boomers) to get out of the weather for a bit. Still got soaked, from the knees down,on the last 5 or 6 miles home, though.
