ohio bike week

So, this will be my first year for Ohio Bike Week. I live in Newark Ohio and I'm planning on riding up on thursday, and coming back home saturday afternoon.
Anyone have any good recommendations on where I should stay? I'd like to make reservations soon. I'd prefer to be staying as close to the activities as I can.

I agree with From Behind...Cleveland Road is the way-to-go. Just google Cleveland Road hotels Sandusky ohio and you'll get a list of them with prices. Tell them Large Marge Sent cha

If anyone is downtown this Saturday, our band (Juke Joint Jezzebel) is playing from 1 to 4:30 at the Barrel House Saloon down by the water. I'll be playing bass up on the overhead stage. Say hey! Then we'll be playing Friday the 3rd at Charlie's Bar in nearby Norwalk.
That and we've got all-access passes, so we'll be at a lot of events during the week, like the Kelley's Island ride, the parade, most of the concerts.
On the weekends, there are probably four or five bands playing at any given time. And there's a newer venue out on SR 250 a few miles at an independent shop (M&M Cycles, a good mom and pop shop) with vendors, a bar and a stage. As they say two states to the left, it should be a hoot!
Oh, and if you like craft beer, good sushi and authentic Vietnamese food, check out Small City Tap House downtown. My buddy Kha owns it. Good stuff.
