Are they all the same? Had a slight problem with my Harley dealer and maybe looking to make a change. I have the extended warranty so I really don't care who gets paid. Just looking for a dealer who treats their customer right and generally seems to care about them. You would think after buying a new bike from them they would kiss your a$$. Not like the attitude I got from them.

Well ive always liked everyone at Heritage HD on Ogden.Used to love the team at Illinois when they were in Berwyn but now that they moved and are over in Countryside well its seems to be a bunch of strange faces and wannabe tough guys..
Sorry i cant be much help...You being from Naperville im sure you are familiar with Heritage..Hope thats not the problem dealer?

 

heritage Harley in lisle go see zeke, unbeilievable service, they are a vance and hines performance dealer, cant go wrong with heritage,

As the others have said I have always been treated well at Heritage. As well as many of my friends. Illinois went to crap when he brought up the other dealers and moved.

 

Not to mention names but the dealer very close to joliet rd ( rte 66) and rte 45 LaGrange rd is worst after sale place around nice as can be until you buy the total rudeness comes out
Funny thing it's not just the one place it's the entire dealer group
I ride 70 miles to Woodstock has always been worth the ride

 

So Norb did things work out for you? Are you ready to let us in on who the dealer is? Would be nice to know.
