If I ever go with a trike it would be this one; more like a can am.
Looks very stable

Awesome!! Can't wait to see the pics. For me it was an easy transition. If there is one thing that is hard to remember is to don't put your feet down. It is such a habit and when you take off you can trap your feet under the wheel and possibly break your ankle. I did it twice but luckily didn't get hurt.

Thanks!! I am North of Wilmington in Hampstead. Yes, I had the raked trees added. Since they were done along with the rear I don't have a comparison to not having them. What I notice is the steering at slow speeds is easy, ( which I believe is the reason for them). There is going to be quite a bit of resistance on corners at speed whether you have them or not. This is just the nature of Trikes, a lot of push and pull.

Not yet and maybe not at all.
I have a softail custom and the front end rake is already at 32 degrees and the fork angle is 34 degrees. I have been told by many people to wait until I ride it first. On Harleys with much lest front end rake the triple tree helps out a lot on my bike it may make thing to touchy. If I need it I'll get it, just going to ride it first to see.
It will be a few weeks at least before I'll get to ride it.

LOL!! I appreciate it. I can't walk by the laundry room without opening the garage door to take a peek. The blacked out Slim S and Frankenstein kit really went well together. I couldn't be happier how it turned out.

I looked at one before but I am pretty sure I would miss the storage without the extra trunk. Would be awesome on a 2 no bike thing...possibly later...I would like to do a Hannigan trike on my 07

There is another trike built by Mystery Designs that tilts also & doesn't have that ugly front end.
They say it can be put on most IRS kits.:

Fed X says my Frankenstein kit will be here today, I'm getting pumped up to start this. Yesterday I spent part of the day with a builder of all types of bikes and we talked about Rake and Trail and now I understand it a little more well maybe not all the calculation. On most Harleys the triple tree is a good thing but on my bike because the front is raked farther than most maybe not. So I'm no closer to being able to tell if I'll be using a triple tree or not. Can't wait to get started
