Been wondering same, and posted a thread about it recently. A neighbor just had a bike delivered three days ago from a dealer.

They delivered in an 8” wide enclosed.

I couldn’t find any pictures but I’ve hauled my Ultra-Limited and my wife’s Heritage Classic on my 6’4” x 12’ trailer (not enclosed) and didn’t need to stagger them. I would think two Street Glides could easily fit side by side in a 7’ wide enclosed trailer. The widest part will be the handlebars which shouldn’t be more than 36” wide.

For chocks I use the Condor Pit Stop chocks with the adapter plates that bolt to the trailer floor. They’re easily removable with just a thumbscrew. In our toy hauler I use the Condor trailer-only chocks with the floor brackets. If I had to do it again I’d probably install E-Tracks on my open trailer and use the Condor E-track adapters.

The toy hauler already had tie-down rings but for the open utility trailer I installed recessed tie-down rings in the wood floor.

This is how I have my 7' X 14' trailer set up. Fully adjustable on both sides and can even center a single bike up if I'm only hauling one at a time.

I think a 12' would work with less staggering.

My Ultra-Limited is just about 8.5' total length and easily fits on my 12' trailer with room to spare, even with the 2' dovetail.

My previous trailer was a 5x10 tilt trailer and I could haul the Ultra-Limited by itself or two Indian Scouts (just under 8' total length) staggered by about a foot and still had plenty of room behind the bikes.

As long as it's a square nose trailer and not a rounded or V-shape nose I can't see why two SG's wouldn't fit in a 12' trailer, even if their staggered. I admit though that I've had multiple open trailers but no enclosed trailers so even though the math works, maybe there's something I'm missing.
