Easy-Rider Sidecar
#11
Riding the rig in the snow [Feb 4th] in Buckley Wa. People assumed I was crazy.
Our Sidecar is from DMC. It is an "opposite" issue, it is a little heavy. But heavy is stable, and stable is more comfortable. Jay knows the mechanics of his sidecars. There are others, but it is a good route to go.
We're currently on mile 4330 of our ride. We're in NOLA for Mardi Gras. My wife has ridden the hack for the whole time with the little dog in the rig. I'm on 2 wheels. We're going to post details later.
Have a good ride.
Enjoy the sidecar lifestyle, I would like to suggest a course, but I always suggest that.

I've been doing a lot of research on the restoration side of this project, as this sidecar has been neglected for years. Sitting outside in the hot Nevada desert has taken a toll on this sidecar, but I know I can bring it back from the dead. Its become somewhat of an obsession, lol. I've found a lot of assistance here in Vegas...fiberglass work, paint job, seat fabrication, leather work, wheel/suspension upgrades, etc. I plan on ordering all new struts, clamps and hardware. Found some great deals online thanks to you guys.
Next month I will be taking the ATV up to Utah to clear out room in the 3rd bay of our garage. I will be sure to take lots of before and after pics.
Hey Max Overdrive. If you ever get a free moment to take some pics. I would love to see closeups of the exact connection points from your sidecar to you dyna.
