I found the ad, of the bike you are looking at. I am sure everyone will look up NADA values and tell you it isn't worth it. But if it is in mint condition, with a nice sidecar, that adds a lot to the value. I would offer 11k and go from there.
If you want to look up values, it is a FLHTCUI.

That is a very low mileage bike and it looks good in the picture online.
If it is what you are looking for and it looks nice the price is OK.
Keep in mind that the tires might be originals and/or just old and you will need to replace all three.
I would look at it soon.

Most do not know that a color matched side car is VERY expensive with a NEW side car costing almost as much as a NEW sportster to purchase and install.

But, having matching paint is not everything, its just really nice. But sidecars that are not messed up or needing a lot of work are expensive... if this is 'ready to go', you should factor that into what you think its worth.
Good luck!

I bought the bike and sidecar about 3 weeks ago, have not stopped grinning yet. I love it ,should have had my old *** on one long ago. After the sale was made and I looked at the title it was really a 2002, so I got a little deal and a year younger scooter. It was bought as a matching set. Been looking for a new wheel for the sidecar, not crazy about wire wheels. Does anyone know what size the axle for the car might be and where would be a good place to find a wheel? Would like a 9 or 10 spoke. Any info would be helpfully. Thanks

The sidecar wheel uses 3/4 bearings. The sidecar and front wheel are the same only difference is the bearings which if you get a front wheel all you have to do is change the the bearings to get it to fit the hack. I recommend looking on eBay.
Glade to see it is a 02 instead of 01 as they have better fuel injection, better swing arm 1 inch rear axle and is the last year of the GOOD timken motor sprocket bearing and more. Mine bike is a 02 Ultra I bought new with a 2006 hack. Many consider the 02 the best year for twin cam.
My hack is not the same color as my bike but being it is my only transportation and ride rain shine hot or cold does not much matter as it stays dirty most of the time. She is getting ready to turn 100K. She has been ridden to and back all but five states did Alaska in 05.

Having just purchased my Heritage with color-matched sidecar, I can attest that buying a NEW color-matched sidecar is EASILY $5K or more... I found my bike after deciding to buy a non-sidecar equipped local bike out of Craigslist, but since i had lost the number, went back thru Craigslist to find it... came across the bike I have now, with the color matched sidecar for only $1K more than the other guy wanted for just a bike... It was a no-brainer for me.
