We have a 750 and I get 45 on the highway, almost 60 on the back roads (usually not over 45 mph).

No tarns, no primary to change all one lube. Pull the plug , pull the filter replace both fill and everything is done. Old thread but the 750 Street is no crotch rocket. not the best 750 ever built but they run and hold up well. Good friend has 30K on one and he he a bit on the heavy side.
