Mel just scheduled hers……she's just about to the 1000 mark…..in just a month of riding on the weekends…….girl loves to ride…..

We did a 90+ mile loop yesterday.....had lunch at Cook's Corner....and putted home.....we rode together into work this morning....she got off at her exit and I continued on.....I think I'm just going to save the money and do the 1000 mile service myself.....it's ridiculous the amount of money they charge and I bet they don't do anything but change the oil and check the fluids.....

I bought a Service manual and did my own. Much cheaper.

I did my 1k myself. Bought a service manual and took my time. Oh yea buy a belt Tension gage if you don't have one.....easy tool to use.

I was told around $400 but got them to include it on the deal.

LA Harley of Anaheim wants $560.00.....I think I'll do it myself....
